My CCA is Chinese Orchestra.
I put it as the first choice and I'm glad I'm being selected ! :P The three reasons of why i choose this CCA
are because I like music, I can choose the instrument I like and all the Sec 1 just have to stay back
for practice every Friday.
The instrument I'm playing is cello.
There are other instruments too. For wind instruments, there are dizi, sheng, suona, etc. Under the plucked strings instruments,
guzheng, yang qin, pipa, liuqin, ruan and more. Gaohu, erhu and zhonghu are catergorised under the bowed string
instruments.
When I first try to play this instrument, I not used
to it. I don't even know the figurings. You see, how worse I am ! Luckily, our seniors are friendly and are patient. They
taught me patiently. Gradually, I know the figurings and can remember the notes of a song.
Sometimes, I feel that
I'm really stupid ! They know how to play the song ''twinkle twinkle little stars'' in two weeks time but I know it in three
weeks time, but I believe that if I put in lots of effort, I can be like my seniors one day and play songs on the concert
hall proudly!!
